A highly experienced Personal Trainer with 10+ Years in the industry, I have helped, encouraged and motivated 100’s of people to reach their desired goals. Having worked with a variety of people from Elite/Professional Athletes all the way through to complete beginners who are totally new to exercise, fitness and gyms. I have always worked hard to make sure the client comes first.
My main passion has always been to educate and empower people to feel like they can reach their goals and with a bit of help we can get you there too!
My group members come from a range of backgrounds, but what they all share is a desire to be part of sustained fitness regime and part of an enduring support community. Many have been on this journey together despite COVID, personal challenges and change of locations.
I believe in experience first.
My group members get planned workouts, adjusted routines and personal coaching in a safe and supportive environment.
While my members can be individually competitive, mostly they are committed, accepting and just good fun.
They work in small groups every day to improve mobility, strength and endurance. Whilst its sometimes hard, most think that the apprehension of a session is almost always worse the session itself!
I run sessions mulitple times a day. Members book on line using my app and can record their attendance and performance. Below is a sample of the sorts of supervised training we undertake.

This 20-30 Minute Session will show you exactly where your Health is right now.
Using Tanita, we are able to quickly find where you might need to make a change and show you exactly how to do that. This can then be monitored throughout your Journey.
You will spend 45 Minutes with one of Our Fitness Professionals in our Purpose built Fitness Facility, this session is designed to not only give you a taster of what is to come but also for our coaches to help identify the best way for you to achieve your goals.
Now you are ready to join our like-minded community who are all on a similar journey to you. The option to train up to 5 days a week is now yours, every session will be led by one of our fitness professionals and you will never feel alone throughout this Fitness journey.
