About Us
Meet George and Sophie- partners in business and in life!
With over ten years of experience in the fitness industry, between us we have a wealth of knowledge to help each and every one of our members reach their full potential and beyond! With backgrounds in football, cricket, golf and athletics, we have worked with a huge variety of people which has equipped us with the skills to adapt for each individual we work with.
Outside of the gym we enjoy golf (George- although Sophie does go along and caddy from time to time!), brunch (who doesn’t love brunch?!) and going from walks (this is definitely more Sophie dragging George along but he loves it really).
My group members come from a range of backgrounds, but what they all share is a desire to be part of sustained fitness regime and part of an enduring support community. Many have been on this journey together despite COVID, personal challenges and change of locations.
I believe in experience first.
My group members get planned workouts, adjusted routines and personal coaching in a safe and supportive environment.
While my members can be individually competitive, mostly they are committed, accepting and just good fun.
They work in small groups every day to improve mobility, strength and endurance. Whilst its sometimes hard, most think that the apprehension of a session is almost always worse the session itself!

This 20-30 Minute Session will show you exactly where your Health is right now.
Using Tanita, we are able to quickly find where you might need to make a change and show you exactly how to do that. This can then be monitored throughout your Journey.
You will spend 45 Minutes with one of Our Fitness Professionals in our Purpose built Fitness Facility, this session is designed to not only give you a taster of what is to come but also for our coaches to help identify the best way for you to achieve your goals.
Now you are ready to join our like-minded community who are all on a similar journey to you. The option to train up to 5 days a week is now yours, every session will be led by one of our fitness professionals and you will never feel alone throughout this Fitness journey.
